This is the most absurd article I’ve ever read. In two paragraphs you say the RIR is a rooster with a great temperament then it’s terribly aggressive. Then listing the American Pitbull Terrier as the best breed for cockfighting? This is entire article sounds like a fever dream.

    1. The mention of the American Pitbull Terrier was in the context of its history as a breed that was originally developed for bull-baiting and other blood sports, and was not intended to endorse or encourage the use of any breed for illegal activities.

Regarding the description of the Rhode Island Red (RIR), it is true that different individuals of the same breed can have varying temperaments, and some RIR roosters may be more aggressive than others. However, the RIR is generally considered to be a hardy and friendly breed that is popular among backyard chicken keepers.
